"It went well. They responded promptly to my request for service. Initial inspection of the attic, they believed we had squirrels and a huge birds' nest. They then closed/screened off all entry points. However, once I reported actually seeing a raccoon in the yard, they put out traps and a camera. The raccoon avoided the traps but Mike's Pest Control was persistent, regularly checking the traps and trying different baits. They didn't stop their attempts until the raccoon was caught. If I have any other incidents like this one, I will use them again."

"When I first called, he remembered my name even though it had been over a week since I had purchased the deal.  Since they do 24/7 service and my weekdays were limited when I was available, he said that he could come on Sunday, which was very good for me.  He arrived early.  He went through the whole house and checked for evidence of where the mice had been and where their acces points were.  Turns out they had been everywhere and there were many places they were getting in from.  He went through and filled up any holes they could get into the house through with steel wool and put down contact sheets and poison only in locations that my cats couldn't get to.  He was very friendly and professional.  Explained about mice and how they go through the house and what he was finding.  Also explained what to expect over the next few weeks and when to watch for renewed activity indicating they found a different way into the house.  He was even very good with dealing with my cats (especially since my youngest likes to be in the center of things).  Only negative was that he missed filling an opening in a corner of the basement that seemed to be a hot spot given the droppings around it.  But no problem as I just went to the store and bought some steel wool and filled it myself, now knowing what to do thanks to his tutoring.  I will definitely call him again if the mice reappear or if I have any other pest problems.

"It went well, I gave him a call and he showed up on time the next day. He inspected my home and determine the point of entry of the rodent. He placed a trap and the rodent was caught in few days.He came back and removed the rodent then proceeded to seal the area off. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what technique would work best. I would highly recommend him if you are having a pest problem."
