"Their rep was extremely helpful in selecting a color and figuring out the best width of carpet to minimize seams that might trip one of our little kids. The only problem was that their rep had said the installers would glue the wooden strips to our concrete basement floor. The installers showed up and started hammering them into our concrete basement floor, which is not ideal. Apparently gluing the wooden strips requires doing the glue requires coming one day, and then coming another day to actually put down the carpet. Hopefully the nails in the concrete floor won't cause moisture problems... Otherwise they were great; the result looks great."

"I called Elite after seeing how highly they were rated on Angie's List. I called on a Thursday and made an appointment for Saturday after the following week. My girlfriend and I have never had our carpets cleaned before so we ended up thinking of many questions over the week plus before our appointment. I think I called Elite 3 or 4 times with more and more questions. They were always happy to take the time to answer all my questions and offered some suggestions on whether we should keep our dog in the house. A two person team that included one of the owners showed up about 10 minutes early -- after calling to make sure that would be ok. They measured the carpet to be cleaned and the price came out to be LESS then their initial estimate. They completed their work in about an hour and 45 minutes. They moved all of the furniture they needed to and put it back exactly where it was. Nothing else was disturbed. They used either styrofoam squares or plastic sheets under all table, couch and chair legs. The couches and carpet were both cleaner they we thought they would be when they were finished. There were several pet stains that we thought would be tough to get out, and maybe they were, but they were all taken care of. I recommend Elite without reservation."
