"We had hail damage to our roof and siding, and some wood damage to the front porch, bay window and garage door due to age and poor maintenance. EA Roofing and Siding basically replaced/repaired the entire exterior of our home. It was such a pleasure to work with TJ and Tony - they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. They replaced the roof, checking for any hidden damage along the way. They replaced the damaged boards at no additional cost to us. They also replaced all soffit and flashing on the house.
After the roof came the siding. They removed the old aluminum siding, wrapped the house with an additional layer of insulation and installed the beautiful new vinyl siding. (The house is so much quieter now!) When the siding was complete, they installed new gutters with leaf guards, new downspouts and replaced the shutters.
The company also rebuilt our wrap around front porch, replacing old wooden railing with vinyl railing. Originally, they thought they would just wrap the existing support posts with vinyl, but it turned out the interior of the supports provided by the builder were cheap aluminum and not the wooden 4X4s they expected to find. At no additional cost to us, EA Roofing and Siding replaced the metal posts with the proper supports, and then covered them with vinyl. We also had a bay window in the back of the house that needed repair. They completely rebuilt it using vinyl materials. They both turned out beautiful and maintenance free!
TJ also helped us design a deck on the back of the house. They built a beautiful deck with composite decking and vinyl railing. To make the deck area look even better, they painted the patio door and installed a new screen door for us.
Additional work to our home included replacing our old wooden garage door with a new insulated aluminum garage door, complete with a new opener; painting the basement wall around the entire house exterior; relocating and replacing the outside lamp post and replacing all exterior light fixtures; repainting the front door to match the new shutters and changing out all the old door hardware with new; fixing a crack in the concrete front porch foundation; and just to complete the look, replacing the old doorbell with a new one.
Again, this company is such a pleasure to do business with! They strive to exceed your expectations and will do whatever it takes to be sure you are happy with the job. They are fair, honest and provide excellent quality materials and work. When we need any work done on our home’s interior, we will not hesitate to call them to do the job. They put in a lot of crappy boards. They were the only ones that I found that replied that would put in the fence that I wanted. Most of it was very good, but, of course, on the far side of the yard I found lots of boards that were not up to snuff. Eight years ago they got the fence in. I wasn't there (when they did the work). I would use them again in the future only if I stood over them with a shotgun. They could have used better boards and given me a lighter gauge. I wasn't there for the most part and they were all Hispanic so I've got no idea how the workers were, but the contractor that was watching over them had no complaints.

"The process began with their designer, Jean, coming to the house and discussing what we wanted and offering some ideas.  Within days we had an estimate and design.  We revised from there and agreed to the work.  They actually were able to being early as another job had to be delayed as the people were not ready for them.  The workers were good and efficient and Colin, the owner, made certain work proceeded well and any questions we had were promptly answered.  Their workmanship is wonderful.  The stairs and decking on them are great with added touches that made them work for getting to the yard better than expected.   The pavers are beautiful and perfectly installed and the retaining wall is simply outstanding -- the have great stone workers.  All nice to work with and attentive to us and detail.

"Oscar was wonderful.  I called with no response. Based on reviews on Angie's list, I waited longer than I normally would. Oscar called back, he had been on vacation and apologized. The company was out quickly for a quote, and was materially lower than another highly rated company.  No unnecessary work was recommended.  They began work within the week. They worked quickly and were completely professional.  They offered for me to inspect all their work, I did not have to make any requests to do so.  I also requested quote for new fireplace doors, but their suppliers did not carry ones for my size opening - but I will likely be using them for the install once I find doors I like."
