He and his team: power washed my house, patio and shed, cleared more leaves and sticks than I'd like to admit, replace some fence panels and hauled an entire trailer full of junk to the dump for me all in 2 days!! Along with other small things like moving some stuff around the yard. I already have more work lined up with them, like gutter and soffit replacement and some concrete work. They are local to Lusby so it's nice to have a reliable company in my neighborhood 😊"

"We were looking into redoing our old deck and got a quote which we thought was reasonable for our large deck. Then for another estimate, we called 7th State Builders. They explained that for the same cost, we could get a paver stone patio (which in the long run is far less maintenance). The owner worked with our budget and the gentlemen who laid our pavers were extremely professional and worked within our wishes. They removed the deck and finished the patio in about a week. Awesome job! After a week or so, it had rain for a period of time and we noticed that a small dip in the patio was collecting a puddle. After a call, they came out and fixed the problem. We would definitely recommend this company for a patio."

"After finding Tillerman Gardens online and requesting an estimate for substantial hardscape/landscape work on our newly renovated house, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that Jesse, the owner, actually grew up in our neighborhood! On top of being a Takoma Park local, and an all around friendly, honest, business owner, we also came to learn that he does great work as well! His team completely transformed our hardscape areas, including installing a beautiful flagstone walkway and patio, a perfectly graded cement driveway, iron railings on our steps, and plants in a number of locations. On top of that, some of the work required some touch up and sealing and Jesse and his team have come out a couple of times later this spring to do that work unprompted. There's a little bit left, but I know they'll be around to finish it as they've taken care of us every step of the way. Even better, everything was done in budget. Look no further! "The designer, Mark Huebner, understood quickly what we wanted and proposed ideas to make our project even more economical and beautiful (see photo of our brick patio and fire pit.) Foreman Roberto was a perfectionist craftsman. Who knew masonry was a spectator sport? Also, they replaced a concrete walkway and driveway. Plus, they installed several big healthy shrubs and a lot of sod. Definitely recommend!"
