"The technician who came out to take measurements claimed that he was part of the design team for both this company. He also claimed he was a designer for the Devon Hill housing development in which I lived at that time, so he was familiar with houses and the kitchen cabinets. After he took the measurements, he promised he would send me a rendering of the design to my email, but I never received this design for a kitchen remodel. I tried to contact them at least once directly, but I could not speak with anyone in person. I left a voicemail that was never returned. Then I contacted Angie's List for assistance."

He provided helpful suggestions for finding all customer provided items, such as tiles, bathtub, vanity, and fixtures. Because of the location of this room, plumbing installation was extremely challenging, but their plumber Stanley was a genius at figuring out how to route the supply and drain lines through various floors and ceilings. The drywall, tiling, electrical, and plumbing crews were all first rate, finished their work in a timely manner and cleaned up the site thoroughly. Throughout the project, Chris was always available to follow up on any questions or concerns we had. I would recommend Euro Design without hesitation to anyone considering a home design project."

Ayca did a remarkable job designing the laundry room renovation project especially with our space constraints. She listened to the customer and made design changes quickly to keep the flow. Once designed the shelving and cabinets were customized in their facility. Next came the expert installer Romani who did a fabulous job installing and adjusting cabinets and shelving to meet some of our last minute changes. Finally, their plumber installed the quality faucet selected by Ayca. Overall the project was finished on time, within budget with excellent quality and workmanship."
