"The first meeting with Mr. McDermott, the owner, was very pleasant.  There was no hard sell, just a presentation of his company's and his, qualifications, and the roofing replacement available. He was honest and readily answered any questions we had. My home, being a rancher with an attached oversized garage,is about 2x the sq. ft. of the usual 2-story home.  He said it would be completed in 1 day, and it was.  The crew arrived promptly, and worked without stop, except for lunch, for 11 1/2 hours. They were stripping the roof at 8:00 AM.  There was the additional problem of having to replace 12 sheets of plywood, so was expecting the job to run into the next work day, but it did not.  The crew was very polite and professional. A well oiled machine that wasted no time getting the job done in high heat and humidity...best time for roofing, but h****** the crew.  Upon completion of installing the new roof, they cleaned the area so well, that when they left, the only sign that they had even been here was my beautiful new roof.  I was impressed with the care they took not to damage plants and gutters, and with the way that they fitted the materials, including new plywood around my stone chimney,..no easy task.  It took two tries to get it right, and they went the extra mile to do so.  I would recommend this company for your roofing needs, and we will use them again for door replacement.  Very impressed with everyone involved, and have already recommended this company to a friend.."

She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. "It was easy making an appointment. The office staff was helpful and I had a choice of days and times. Appointments are set for a 2-hour window and the technician called one-half hour before arriving.
Part of the work was covered by a local online coupon and part was a repair. The technician, David, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and competent at the job and was a pleasure to work with. I didn't know how he would solve the problem of the bracket, which was installed by another company. The replacement looks like it will last as longer than my house lol. The price charged was reasonable, and the work was done quickly and clean-up was perfect.
Needless to say, I will use ABC for any garage door work in the future.

"Everything went excellent.  The estimator came out to my house and arrived right when he said he would.  He took a quick stroll around the house and measured the windows.  He gave me a quick pitch on the quality of the windows and then the price.  There wasn't any games or trying to up sell me on silly things like some of the other vendors.  Later that week the installers came out and did a much more through measurement of the windows and told me the job would take about six hours to complete. 
A couple weeks later I was called to say the windows had arrived and I scheduled them to come out later that week.  The installers arrived on time and went straight to work.  One thing I will say is the installers do A LOT of work.  I was a little worried through the process they were going to leave things unfinished, but they took care of everything before telling me they were finished.  As you are going through the process, keep the faith, it will all get finished.  They finished in about six and half hours, which is because one original window was installed improperly and they had a little extra work on it. 
I would not hesitate to recommend Supreme Window and Door to any of my neighbours, friends or family. 
On a side note, the first guy that came out to my house suggested that I get a triple pane window in what will be the nursery.  I decided to trust him and it was a great decision.  After the new window was installed I looked out it behind my house and saw some of the neighbourhood kids playing in the backyard.  It took me a second to realize I couldn't hear them!  The extra pane really cut down on the sound and I'm very glad he talked me into it.
