"The salesman missed the first appointment scheduled for 10:00 April 23 - received call from officie at 9:10 He had emergency.scheduled next appointment for April 28 at 10:00 and salesman showed  20 minutes late. He got stuck in traffic.
Salesman was very honest about the deal I had purchased the 6 landscaping lights for $649. I could take the deal but I would be calling again to add additional lights. His ideas were right on and what type of lights and where to put them. The job was scheduled for May 6 and it would take 2 days. They called to say they could come out earlier and they did and installed all of the lights in a day and a half. The lights look great and one of the lights went out just a few weeks ago and I called and they were out the next day. There is a 5 year warranty on the lights.

"Hired them in April 2019 to level and reseal patio pavers with polymeric sand. Job looked okay at first, but shortly several voids starting showing in the sand and some pavers started to settle, which is not unusual or unexpected. Sent them pictures at their request and they said they would return and repair the problem areas. I marked the voids and uneven areas with tape to make it easy for them to locate the voids. I also asked that they call to schedule the repair so that I could be there. After over 2 months of inquiries and waiting, someone showed up when we weren't home and did the repairs. Some additional voids have since appeared. If they had come when I was home as requested, I would have simply asked for them to leave a little poly sand so I could fix an additional settling without having to bother them."

"Phil (master electrician) and Mike quickly diagnosed and found a short in a light fixture that puzzled me. They quickly fixed it, but had to use spare wire I had in garage. They were late but called ahead of time to let me know. 301 was shut down."

"Two employees showed up at my home on time to do an estimate on the few things we needed repaired to complete the sale of our home. The work performed is provided in detail. I was totally shocked at the cost for the repairs on the estimate but we went a head and agreed to having the work performed since we're close to our settlement date. I must say the work performed on everything except the electrical panel was top notch. I say this because the labeling of the electrical panel was completed by writing in Black magic marker what rooms were on each breaker. I was expecting at least to see printed labels used for what we were charged. I/we were expecting to pay $300 - $500 for these few things to be fixed but boy was I am thankful for the work performed but I wouldn't hire this company again only because their prices are outrageous.

"Ray and his co-worker did what I cannot do. Hung Christmas lights on 2nd and 3rd story roofs. They were more than accommodating to all of my specific requests. They were friendly, pleasant and professional. And the price they charged for their services was very reasonable. I'll definitely hire them again."

His team completely transformed our hardscape areas, including installing a beautiful flagstone walkway and patio, a perfectly graded cement driveway, iron railings on our steps, and plants in a number of locations. There's a little bit left, but I know they'll be around to finish it as they've taken care of us every step of the way. Even better, everything was done in budget. Look no further! "We had some issues with arrival time and communication that were frustrating. He had someone call out which I understand can throw the day off but we were juggling work hours to be there and killed several hours waiting for arrival and communication (both the initial time and then the new updated time).  
Once they got there they were professional and installed two lights very quickly and with good quality.  They went above and beyond to hang one light at the right height given the out of the box parts didn't support the proper height.  
We had prepaid for 2 hours and they finished both jobs in 20 minutes (so 40 people minutes!).  I was kicking myself I hadn't had more things planned for them to do but never expected they would be so fast.
