"Danny stopped by and gave me a written estimate. Within a couple of weeks, I called him back to schedule the tree being removed. The day I called, the weather was bad, but he said they'd be over as soon as the weather broke. Although I had left my house number, he had called to tell me they'd be over that particular day and I realized it when I pulled into my driveway they had been there - only because the tree was missing.
