"This company doesn't do interior home jobs, yet they helped me with no hesitation. There are no words that can express how wonderful this company is. Rex Roofing & Restoration LLC; is very professional, and went over and beyond to help with the horrible situation that I was in. I was without hot water for over 3 weeks from water damage of a hot water heater. I could not get Teir1 Restoration in Castle Rock CO to move forward after the mediation was done. I contact Joe, and he took the time to listen to my issues and offered to help me out. His Office manager Shannon even got a temporary floor set for the hot water heater within two days of contacting me. After a little over 4 weeks I finally had hot water, and it was so apricated. Shannon got the drywall done in less than a week, then got me on the schedule for my hard wood floor installation asap too. "We called Urban Exteriors since they had roofed several houses in our neighborhood. James came by and was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explained why we had leaks and how they would be rectified when they roofed. He then worked with our insurance agent which turned out to be a good thing. Our roof was done in one day and looks wonderful. They did everything that was promised and a little more. We also got new gutters, paint and several boards replaced. "There were several roofing companies in our neighborhood prior to us getting our roof checked out. I mention this because our project was complete months before the other roofing companies even began work on the other homes in the neighborhood! After contacting our insurance company, Trek came out inspected our roof, gave us a comprehensive evaluation and made all the recommendations for our situation. An install date was set and as promised, the crew was there on time. They worked tirelessly into the late evening, which surprised me because we thought they would come back the next day to finish. The work was stellar and the clean-up was outstanding. The roof looks great. Dylan, the Trek representative, was more than helpful. He was extremely polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He was on site several times to check on the progress of the work as well as answer any questions we might have. I even saw him delivering decking to help the crew move the project along.
