When he came out to do the estimate, he clearly explained everything to me. When he came back to actually do the install, everything went smoothly. They cut out my cabinet and added brackets to make the countertop level for the dishwasher. Before he left, he even explained how to use this new dishwasher. (There were a few things I didn't realize so I'm glad he did that.) It's been about 3 weeks and everything works amazing. I'm so happy."
