"I chose Brian based on Angie's List reviews! Everything everyone says is TRUE. My home was left in immaculate condition. NO cigarette butts, no beer cans, care around my flower beds etc. This was the best work we've ever had done on our home's exterior. The time and care that Brian and his crew took were amazing. This project was started very late in the season as we only contacted Brian for an estimate in late July and, as you might expect, he was booked for most of the 'season'. The project took slightly longer than expected given the late start, and the fact that weather is ALWAYS a factor with exterior painting and beyond anyone's control. Regardless, Brian ALWAYS stayed in touch via email or text to let us know his plans. and completed most of the project (we actually ADDED things to the scope of the project that could not be done before the bad weather hit) and he will return in the spring to complete these added items for us. <br /> If you are looking for a "cheap" painting job, this company is NOT for you. Brian charged what I consider to be a fair rate for the extent of the job (very large home) and the attention to detail in the workmanship that he provided. A man is entitled to be paid a fair days wage for a fairs day work, so this is not the cheapest company you can find, but in my opinion it is the BEST, and sometimes you DO get what you pay for. <br /> I think what sums up our overall experience best is that we are planning to develop a long-term relationship with Brian and the carpenter he introduced us to, to help us "MAINTAIN" the house's exterior and also attend to the interior in the near future. <br />"

"<p>Before re-roofing They covered my flower beds and ground around the house, brought in a dumpster/truck and then  stripped off my roof shingles. They then cut out the roof and installed 2 new Velux Roof Windows (with installation kits, screens etc.), and shingled my vacation home using water/ice barriers, soffit vents and roof vents.  I specified IKO  architectural roof shingles. The job required releasing and reestablishing the supports for my chimney and vent pipe   </p> <p>They also protected my upstairs from dirt and dust, covering all furniture and vacuuming at the end of the job. </p> <p>The job went very well: on time, on estimate and schedule. The yard and flower beds were completely free from shingle waste or pulled nails. </p> <p>Some of the protection and clean up details were specified in the contract, but Troy's crews clean up the jobsite as a general rule.</p> <p>Now, several months later after weekly rain storms, one dumping 5-inches of rain in one night, I am completely confident that the skylights  are completely weather tight. There has been absolutely no sign of any problem.</p> <p>I could not be more pleased. They came in on scope, schedule, and budget with no fuss or bother. It makes me wonder why I submitted to years tension and disappointment with other contractors.</p> <p>The job was the second major project Troy has done for me in the last two years. "They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."

In the end, we decided not to repair the countertop and sink but replace it entirely. as the previous owner installed it and it no longer fit our decor. Even though we didn't use them to make the repairs, we were very impressed with their customer service."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "They made the adjustment in a timely fashion. This is, however, the kind of repair where you can't judge its success until the next rainstorm. I do, however, have every confidence that if there needs to be a further adjustment, Angela will make it right. Why is that? Well, we have  had A & C Odd Jobs do work for our condo association for several years. We have always been very satisfied with the quality of their work, and we think that their prices are very reasonable. They have cleaned our gutters a number of times, and they do a very thorough job. Twice, we have had them deliver and lay mulch around our building; we have been happy with the results. They also reset some lampposts that were sagging, and they have been standing tall ever since. They aim to please and always check to make sure we are satisfied with the job they have done; that’s important to us."
