I explained the issue - that the previous contractor had cut the rebars in the basement concrete floor for the half bath, and the town inspectors wanted it fixed. <br /> Ray came by to fix and tie the rebars per engineer report. The inspection was performed and approved. Ray and his guys then came back and poured concrete to finish the job. <br /> He was in the middle of another big job so came on Saturday/Sunday.
