Jake is a fraud he delayed my entire project by three months. he was hired to make plans for project and give us kid drawings with pencils and crayons with all stains on them. delayed our project for over 3 months in over 20k in damages . and this man is nasty just takes money and hangs up . the city inspectora even laughed when we submitted his plans . "Company very responsive and moved quickly to get the job done as hoped for, sending a team out on a Saturday. Job done according to specifications and appears to be very well done. Manager and members of the team sent to install were courteous and professional. I did think, however, the charges were a little pricey given what I was expecting from a previous assessment, and thus I may have shopped around more if not wanting job to be done quickly. Not sure if could have gotten work done more cheaply anyway, so overall quite satisfied."
