Quite a serious and destructive problem. Jehu (the company principal) was able to localize the problem areas and his crew replaced the affected plywood and studs. His crew then applied new stucco and color finishes, so the house looked brand new. In my experience Jehu is a man of his word, and his crew are top level technicians. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. "He was prompt, professional and very courteous. We have a newborn, so dealing with a leak was not something I could handle right now. I don't have a ton of experience with chimney repair so the price seemed on the high end of reasonable, but he was responsive on the first day and came to do the repair as soon as weather permitted.
