Had an issue with several large spaces from ground to bottom of fence due to the lay of the land, but Traditions personnel came right out to adjust fence in some areas and put down additional dirt in others. Traditions also kept me well informed regarding the time schedule for installation of the new fence."

"Joe not only fixed my extreme leaning fence, he actually found the cause which was a sprinkler connection that had come loose underground. "Initially I had a lot of problems with this company and was very disappointed in their service.  One issue was that   they do not know how to install the carpet on the Hale dog door interior.  Hale doors said that this company would replace the carpet.  This company said that Hale dog door would replace the carpet.  Anyway,  It was cut in half.  Unfortunately, I never received a replacement.  I had some other issues as well.  However, with the exception of the carpet, the owner made the other issues  right.  After multiple emails, the owner finally fixed things.    The owner gets an "A" rating.  However   the service, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism on the part of the employees was lacking. The quality of the work was good.   I wish I could give a better rating. <br />"

"Dustin, JP and Cordell do quality work. It took them roughly 2 1/2 days to complete our fence and stairs, and one afternoon they even worked in the pouring rain. Dustin cares about the details. The only downside with Affordable Fences is that they are not good at scheduling. They started about a week later than the scheduled date due to other unfinished projects, and they didn't show up several times when they were supposed to. If you are patient and flexible on time, however, you will love the end product."

"We were very pleased with the product and the value. They even matched the scroll in the step rail to the scroll in our gates. Beautiful work! It took quite a while (about three months) from purchase/order to delivery because they are backlogged. My only complaint is that I wish it could have been installed earlier. Overall a great job, though."

"Over all it went well. They sent out a man to bid the job. aA month later I called to set up the install date and they came out and rebid the job. Price went up about 300 dollars. Reason given was first bidder was under bidding and no longer works for pro fence. The work got started sooner than anticipated, which was a good thing. Was completed in 2 days. Workmanship was good except for one corner, the measurements were off. Except for the few things I mentioned above, it turned out pretty good. I would still recommend them."

"Outstanding job. Justin keeps busy so took a couple of phone calls to get hold of him, but once I reached him, we arranged for him to come and give an estimate. Estimate was detailed and very reasonable. He was clear and up front that he was licensed as a remodeler rather than a general contractor which was fine since I wouldn't be doing any electrical or plumbing. He started when he said he would and worked very professionally taking care of permit and inspections. He would tidy up materials and haul off debris every day so that yard was never a mess. The siding repair went very well. He pulled off the old siding and located where original contractor had failed to properly close out the roof over the bay window including the flashing. Justin installed proper flashing and repaired the facia to prevent future water intrusion. He matched the siding style and reinstalled trim, painted, and caulked everything perfectly. The original deck was also poorly constructed and not to code. Justin and Mack demolished the old deck including removing posts and concrete. They set larger 6x6 posts and then built the frame and properly tied it in to the house. He installed the Timber Tech using hidden fasteners and closed out all sides with additional 2x10's as facia boards and installed the new stairs. He also installed lattice under the deck. Any materials that were not the Timber Tech composite were painted to match. Lastly, he installed a new aluminum railing that is very strong. In summary, he did exactly what I wanted, when I wanted, for the price quoted, and to workmanship standards that exceeded my expectations. Would definitely use for other work and recommend to others."
