"Great. I needed to have the fitting on the gas line that comes out of the wall updated to be used with a new range and oven. It's an older home and the existing gas line fitting would not work with the new range. The work was completed quickly and correctly -- and that was terrific. And yet, that wasn't the whole value play for me. This range was being installed on December 23 and that's when the problem was found. Facing a Christmas with no range and oven was a real possibility and yet, not surprisingly, it was very difficult to find someone who could address this quickly. The fix was known to be easy yet availability was the problem. And, in fact, I had struck out after calling a half dozen firms on Angie's list trying to find someone who could do this. When I called Armstrong it was the same story: It would be several days before they could get someone out to address the issue. Yet, when I explained the impact of that, the woman from Armstrong services was extremely sensitive to the situation and reworked her tech schedule of get someone in to get it done that day -- within a couple of hours of my request. It's not an exaggeration to say that she saved Christmas. After this experience, I would highly recommend Armstrong."

"David came out for our estimate appointment and was early. He looked over all my sprinklers and let me know that the problem I was having was with my valves.  He also suggested putting my sprinkler system on a timer.  He was very professional and set up a time for the work to be done.  The work was scheduled to start at 9 am I did not get a call but the tech doing the work did show up a few minutes late.  Once the tech showed up he worked very quickly and put the timer exactly where I had asked.  All in all everything is working great and I would use this company again. <br />"

"Lee was very responsive and scheduled the the new patio/walkway project the next week. He noticed some drainage issues and made good suggestions to fix those problems. The demolition revealed an old cement walkway under the brick walkway - no matter, they hauled it all away. Finished in 2.5 days. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the quality of the wood for the fence they installed was not that great, and it took a while to take away the extra pavers. I highly recommend."

"I had done a serch for sacramento plumbers and choose all star plumbing. I have a couple of homes in the area and needed a water heater at one and sewer main line clog removal at another. I did reserch other companys as well. I found All star to be the least expensive. I know that the saying goes you get what you pay for. But so not true with them even though I spent much less with them than I would have with the other companies I recieved excilent service. Their techs are knowladgeable, polite and very professional. We have not reused their services because their price is slightly on the higher side. They have some plants that we don’t see in other nurseries. The place is really nicely decorated. It is done up in such a way that it feels like we are walking through an English covenant."
