"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"Workmen were prompt & professional. They had on hand all the necessary parts and promptly repaired the toilet. The supply valve was faulty and would not shut off the water, so that was replaced as well. Good thing, otherwise if we later had a leaking toilet it would have required the shut off of the entire house to stop the water flow."

"David replaced the pressure switch which was filled with (now) dead ants. He also cleared out the area with standing water, dug down, found the broken pipe and repaired it. He worked quickly and continuously until the job was done. Very happy with the service. Only thing question I have after he left is what about the discount for seniors? Was it figured in on the statement? I'm 65 and my husband is 67. I should have asked about it before he wrote up the invoice."

"The faucet in our second bathroom only sent out hot water. After calling another plumber, also recommended on Angies List, who stated he didn't feel like driving to Winters, I called Aaron Plumbing. The technician was at our door within 15 minutes, turned on the faucet and identified the problem immediately. He stated if the part was available he would no later than the next day to repair. Much to our pleasure, he returned in about an hour with the part and had it installed within 15 minutes. <br /> <br /> The technician was polite and knowledgable. I would recommend this company to my friends."

"We have had Diamond come out three times in the past two years to repair a broken well pipe.  They are prompt in their response and their pricing is fair but we have not been happy with the quality of the work.  We have need them to repair the same pipe several times in the past two years.  The last time they came out to repair it they left the hole unfilled and said they would be back in two days to check on it to be sure the repair was holding.  They never came back and have never refilled the hole.  We plan to use a different company the next time. <br />"

FAQs for sump pump repair or replace projects in Brownsville, CA

Sump pumps last about 10 years with proper maintenance and prompt repairs. Several factors can influence your sump pump’s lifespan, such as usage, environmental conditions, and installation. Premium sump pumps with heavy-duty motors and quality components tend to last longer than lower-cost models. Pedestal sump pumps usually last longer than submersible models since they’re not constantly exposed to water.

A basement French drain is a drainage system installed in basements or around a building’s foundation to redirect water and prevent flooding. This system features a trench with a perforated pipe that catches and transports water away. These systems can crack, freeze, or clog, potentially resulting in flooding or strain on your sump pump.

You can use a sump pump in your yard to minimize pooling water and landscape damage, but it’s best used in conjunction with other drainage systems. This can include French drains, trench drains, underground downspouts, and other equipment. Proper lawn care, such as soil aeration and native plants, also aids with drainage.
