"The pull down attic ladder was installed in one day and on the day promised. Even though I expected a mess to be made while installing, I was very impressed at how they constantly kept it to a minimum. By the time the job was done, it was cleaned up perfectly and professionally. The plywood was installed so that boxes could be stored and gotten to easily. This job was done to my 100% satisfaction. I also had a basement door that rain water was coming in the basement from under the threshold and had destroyed some wallboard around the door. The rain water had also eroded part of the bottom of the door. The job was done to my satisfaction and was done on time as promised by Landon. I am very pleased with the work done and anticipate more to come in the future. Landon and his crew are very professional and courteous explaining what they are doing and why. "We did not pay for it, it was provided by the person who was selling the home at the time. The quality was fine but the timeliness of the repair was not. It needed a new condenser and this company is country wide so they have one depot for parts. It took a week for the part to come from out west from us and we were in a heat wave and I liked to died. But because we had the home warranty, we were stuck. They covered it 100 percent but they were slow. They came as soon as they decided they would come. They came but it was not real fast. The worker was fine. It took about eight days for them to complete the job. They should get the parts here more quickly so they can do the repair quickly."
