"Jesse responded to my call in a timely manner, very professional and sent me a quick quote at a very reasonable price. His crew arrived exactly on time. They did an excellent job and we're very neat as they worked. I would highly recommend Jesse, Antietam Tree!"

"This has been one of the best experiences I've had with a company in Maryland. I had some major damage to my roof and my neighbors recently had their roof replaced. They were raving about their experience so they referred me to Exteriormax. Chidi was my go to person for all communication. He was responsive to all my texts and emails and concerns. Really good guy and wonderful to work with. The organization of this company is amazing. They are excellent with dealing with slow and unresponsive insurance companies to make sure your claim goes through. The day of roof replacement, the roofers were punctual and efficient. They did a great job. I never thought I'd want to stare at my roof for hours but I really like the quality and style. They even upgraded me with high quality shingles. Exteriormax, Chidi and the rest of the staff made the roof replacement experience really smooth and easy. Highly recommend them."

"Estern Exteriors team was very profesional, helpful and friendly. Brandon was excellent to work with for his knowledge and great comunication, he made evrything easy for me. The price was very competitive, I love my roof and I will refer them to anyone who are looking for roof change."

"George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.
Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality of the work and would highly recommend George's painting to others!

"Once again Wolfe, Mottola & Sons came through. I had a roof with some major wind damage resulting in leaks in a tenant's bathroom. It was the first time I had made a claim for a roof, and WM&S made it very easy. Linda was terrific setting it up, (even while she was on vacation!) and Todd answered all my questions along the way, again, very patiently and thoroughly. The CertainTeed Lifetime Landmark Pro Architectural Shingles look solid and come with a 10-year transferability warranty if you sell the property. I look at roofs now when walking around and the flashing, corners, ridge vents, bay windows, roof line, ... all of it looks solid with clean lines. I don't have the worry anymore about any leaks or issues for my own house or tenants. It's awesome. Thanks Linda, Todd, and everyone at WM&S... again."

"The finished product looks great! I would definitely recommend having Brady re-shingle your roof. The prices are great as well."

"Great. Job is awesome. And would recommend for construction repair or remodeling jobs anytime and will be calling him soon for more."

"They were very easy to work with.  We took on some of the responsibility of the demolition of the bathroom to save money, and they were ok with it.  But when we ran into problems with the shower pan, we worked out a deal to have them remove it.  We also were planning on installing the tile ourselves, but then asked them to do it because of time.  It's funny because I hate it when people change plans on me too much, but they seem to be ok with it.  We installed the toilette, sink and remaining tasks like painting and wainscoting.  This was done to save money, not because they couldn't do it.  Also, this bathroom remodel occurred  the winter when Baltimore had more snow than Buffalo, NY.  We originally asked they have this remodel complete in time for our daughter's birthday, but with all the snow, I told them it was ok if there was some date slippage.  They had the bathroom completed in time.  Also, they even came back to seal the grout in the tile. We use them again for the installation of 3 ceiling fans in 3 of our bedrooms.  They had it completed in a day., no problems.  They pretty much handle anything indoors, including doors, but they didn't do exterior work.  So if we have anything we need we'll call them again.  "

"I have to say the Williams' seem like such nice people but I found I had to be careful to watch what was being done and ask for corrections. They speak Spanish and Mrs. Williams does the interpreting. I think language did cause some difficulty but quality of work is not based on language spoken. First day was done well then quality of work went downhill from there. They never taped off trim or removed door hinges or knobs. Paint is were it should not be. I'm still finding places that have to have paint removed. I pointed out several places where they goofed and they did make an effort to correct them. But many goofs are still present. I had to repaint several places myself and I keep finding more places that were poorly done. They did some caulking too and it had to be redone a week later. The cost kept increasing as well."

"It was great. They were very easy to deal with. They were nice. They were pleasant. They were on time. They were professional."
