"I decided to pave my driveway on Thursday. I went to Home Advisor, who gave three possible clients. I requested estimates. Friday around 10 AM I was contacted by Asphalt Experts. He came by, measured the area to be paved and gave an estimate. He said he might be able to do the job later that day. He was back around 3:30 and did what he said at the price he said he would. He also offered to do some work that was not related to the paving job, at no cost. They were very capable and efficient and did an excellent job."

During the job, however, our garage door and the surrounding metal casing were damaged. To his credit, he offered to file an insurance claim. We agreed instead on a simpler solution?he offered to come back and seal the driveway at no cost. Since then, I?ve followed up multiple times over an extended period to try to schedule the sealing, but unfortunately haven?t been able to get a response. I?m sharing this not to be negative, but in hopes of reconnecting and getting this resolved. The work itself was strong, and based on that experience, I?d still like to see this situation brought to a fair close."
