The owner was very informative when he came out to discuss what was needed.  His schedule was pretty busy so it took a couple of weeks to get on the calendar.  We have not had the insulation long enough to know how much it has helped but they did a great job installing it so I expect it to make a big difference.  The owner was on the job site the entire time supervising the 2 men that did the work.  He would ask me questions to make sure that they did it exactly like I would like.  It took them half a day to do the work but they arrived on time, if not a little earlier, then they stated they would be here.  Both of the owners were exceptionally friendly.  A pleasure to do business with!!! <br />"

"The project went great from start to finish.  The Spencer crew, Brek and Larry,  arrived on time every day, worked well with us sorting out little issues that came up, cleaned up at the end of every day. They were a pleasure to work with, and we were comfortable leaving them working in the house when we had to run out to do something.  When something came up that was not in the scope, the Spencer crew discussed options and costs with us to help us decide which way to go and kept track of additions to the scope.  When the tin ceiling install didn't go just right and additional tiles had to be ordered, Jason paid for the additional tiles and didn't charge for the rework as it should be but some contractors don't do.  When we changed our minds and wanted to do something different than had already been done, Brek and  Larry were happy to make the change without any concern or complaint.  They were happy to do little things like hang pictures, repair holes, fix plumbing things while they were there.  They really  cared about their work, the job, and how it all turned out for us.  A great example is taking down a couple of dozen decorative tiles from the kitchen wall - they took a picture of the arrangement before taking them down, packed them up neatly, and then after a few weeks, got out the pictures, and put them back up in exactly the same locations.  The bathroom remodel with all the marble tile around and above the new tub and shower turned out better than we expected. A thoroughly professional job."

"Job was done well. My only complaint is that I requested that a leak in the quarter-turn valves under the bathroom sink be repaired. These valves were replaced with lower-quality compression valves. Since I'd had the quarter-turn valves installed by another plumber specifically for the benefits, this was disappointing. On the whole they did a reasonable job."

"We absolutely love Dan'l. We initially hired him to install electrical outlets and lights in our barn, but we like him so much, we've hired him to do several other projects around the house as well. He's just the nicest man to work with, I'll actually miss him now that he's completed all of our projects for us. He has so many years of experience behind him, he is extremely knowledgeable. The only very small caveat when working with Dan'l is that you need to remember he's not as young as he used to be. So he doesn't necessarily work 5 days a week 10-12 hours a day. So if you need a project to be done super fast, he might not be your man. But if you need a project to be done right for a good price you should definitely text him."
