"They did a difficult job well. They replaced our old patio with new pavers, expanding it to come to both sets of steps on our deck. They installed new French drains and dried creek bed, going around or under previous drains. They extended the drains from the roof to join the drain to the road. They poisoned and removed invasive plants. Due to the lateness of the year, it is a little too early to see how well the new French drain will work longer term or removal of invasive plants, but it's good so far and it looks good! The price was good and they worked hard and quickly."

"The five-month journey that we spent with Chris, Nicoleta, Nate, Elmer and all the team at GSB Builders has beaten any of our expectations and delivered a beautiful second-floor addition, which includes a master suite and office space. We truly appreciated Nicoleta’s design expertise and knowledgeable guidance on choosing bathroom fixtures, and her overall warm and approachable personality, which made this project also really fun. In fact, over the course of working together, we have come to appreciate each other deeply and have come to view Nicoleta and Chris as friends of the family. No major construction project is without bumps and stress along the road, and ours was no exception.
