I only discovered it after the crew left and had to call to find out what happened. I was told multiple times that they would return to fix the damage (Thursday/Friday, then Saturday/Monday), but there was little to no communication unless I reached out first. Appointments were missed or rescheduled without notice, and ultimately the repair was never completed. Because of this, I had to hire someone else to fix the ceiling. While the attic work was done, the lack of communication, missed commitments, and failure to resolve the damage made this a frustrating and unprofessional experience."
