Jason and his crew were outstanding and very professional...took 2 plus days to install and all was completed as agreed upon. Price might be a little higher but the end result was truly worth it. These guys conducted the demolition of the previous 8 X 8 and laid the new concrete foundation for this room; all successfully approved by City of Jacksonville inspectors. Our second project with Sterling Contractor Services was they laid approximately 8 - 10 inches of concrete foundation and built a well insulated trash can storage house to fit two large trash cans and one recycling bin. "We hired them to perimeter fence our farm with no climb horse wire with wood on top. Approximately 7 acres of that type of fence. We also have a 13 acre pasture that we wanted fenced in RAMM flex fence. I specifically asked if they had experience with RAMM because it works on a tension system and needs to be installed specifically according to the manufacturer. Melanie said they did have experience with it and it would be no problem. While the crew did a good job on the perimeter fencing, they had no idea what they were doing with the RAMM fencing. They didn't brace corners/gates properly, and I had to hire another company to uninstall and reinstall what was messed up. And when I went to pay Melanie the final payment, there was an additional $4000+ added to her original quote. She said she had missed 200 feet of fencing when she did the estimate."
