"Worthmann Roofing installed a new metal roof on our home. There was a part that needed additional work but unfortunately, it rained before it could be completed and some damage was done. Worthmann Roofing FULLY STOOD behind their warranty and repaired the affected. Additionally, I would like to mention that the restoration company, Morales Restoration, was SO good. They cleaned, mopped and left our home clean and as good as of it had never happened. Last but not least, a special “Thank you” to Joey with Worthmann Roofing for your guidance in getting this done. "Quinton was very responsive and respectful. Not only did he install our 2 Skylights perfectly, he noticed the prior roof contractor didn’t install the Ridge cap correctly, so he removed corrected that. He also fixed our Stand & Seam roof that a tree had fell on, coated with 100% Silicone on that, our Carport, and Lanai roofs after power washing them. He did a great job, at a great price! I highly recommend this young man for all your roofing needs!"

"The roof construction itself is quality work. The roofing crew arrived on the time and date specified and cleaned up after their job. My roof passed county inspection. My issue with the company is not with the roof itself, but with their warranty. The salesman advised me this company has a 15-year workmanship warranty on the roofs they install. This was a key determinant to choosing this company over its many competitors in the area. The salesman even showed me examples of competing roofing company sales contracts which indicate only a 5-year standard warranty for work done. The salesman confirmed the cost with Covenant to be higher because of this 15-year warranty. I signed a sales contract which states 12. ALL WORK COVERED BY A 5 YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY. CRC upgrade_warranty applies. The salesman confirmed that their CRC (Covenant Roofing Company) upgrade warranty was to total the roof under a 15-year warranty. He stated I would receive the warranty at the completion of the roof. I was sold. The roof was built. The final CRC inspection was completed by a project manager. I asked about the warranty paperwork. He stated I would receive the papers upon payment. I asked specifically if there were any out of pocket costs. He said he did not know, but that the paperwork would indicate such terms. At a later time, this is the warranty coverage I received: Covenant Roofing Construction, Inc. warrants to you an extended warranty of __15___ years. This warranty is transferable to one new owner. This warranty includes 5 years of unconditional workmanship. An officer of the company will need to perform a maintenance inspection of the roof starting on the 6th year and every year thereafter for the life of the warranty. There will be a fee of $150.00 per inspection for the recertification of the roof. If an inspection is missed the warranty will become void. This warranty does not cover product defects, extreme weather conditions, or acts of God. This warranty does not cover any additional cost to remove and/or reinstall any roof peripherals to complete repair. Needless to say, I was distraught over the additional costs of maintaining this warranty and the indication that it would become null and void if I was non-compliant. After several in-person and phone conversations, there was no remedy to the fact that I would need to make additional payment beyond that of the sales contract if I desired to continue my warranty coverage after 5 years. They did, however, gift me 2 separate VISA gift cards in the amount of $50 and $150 for my inconvenience. The office was pleasant and apologetic in listening to my concern, but apologies will not cover my cost after the initial limitations. I advised them not to sell customers on what they are not actually offering in their agreement and without making such knowledge available to the consumer."

"We chose this company due to a favorable deal they were offering for gutter cleaning, which is the main reason for our search. Reviews were excellent as well, so we gave them a shot. After inquiring about their other services and cost, we decided to also have the house pressure washed as well. These guys went above and beyond. Without question they will be our go-to for our future cleaning needs. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. We have a long driveway and our "lanai" is a pool with paver patio. After receiving their quote through Angie's messenger, I asked if they needed to come out to give a formal quote since I was concerned both may be more than anticipated which may cause an increase in charge. But Kenny assured me the quote was firm and he had my house specs already, likely through online resources. Not only did he clean the whole lanai/patio, but also pressure washed the pool screen/cage which had about 2 years of built up "yellow" from accumulated pollen. We were not expecting that! I had already started to clean the screen panels myself a couple of weeks earlier. But my methods were not as efficient as I only got through 2 panels. These guys did it all in a matter of hours. They even cleaned the neighborhood sidewalk that runs through our lot! And the cherry on top? My wife was sold on these guys when she noticed Kenny in the pool area, stop what he was doing to catch any frog or lizard he found. He rinsed them off (to rid them of any cleaning agent used) and placed them outside the pool cage to a safe area. Like I said...above and beyond in all aspects. Kenny was extremely nice, they do fantastic work and at a reasonable price. These guys will be getting a call from us annually without a doubt. Thank you!"
