"Worthmann Roofing installed a new metal roof on our home. There was a part that needed additional work but unfortunately, it rained before it could be completed and some damage was done. Worthmann Roofing FULLY STOOD behind their warranty and repaired the affected. Additionally, I would like to mention that the restoration company, Morales Restoration, was SO good. They cleaned, mopped and left our home clean and as good as of it had never happened. Last but not least, a special “Thank you” to Joey with Worthmann Roofing for your guidance in getting this done. "Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."

"Very responsive and did a fantastic job on the gutters for Angie deal of $139. He actually cleaned the gutters by walking around on the roof. Where our lanai screen attaches to the roof gutter was especially full of debris due to the 2 hurricanes we've had in a year's time. He also took a photo of the lanai gutter to show the "after" view. We added our fairly long driveway and front walk cleaning. He again did a great job and charged $175; we added a $50 tip."

"This is a well-deserved, very positive review. We highly recommend this company. My wife and I decided to act preemptively and replace our roof because we didn’t want it to start leaking. I did a search on Angies List and came up with several promising candidates. We solicited bids and interviewed those most promising. J&M roofing submitted the lowest bid, but that wasn’t the only reason we selected them. Kevin (Marketing Director) and “Shy” (General Manager) made the most impressive presentation so we awarded them the contract. Work began on schedule and we were most impressed with the work team. They worked very hard, in terrible conditions (hottest week of the year) for 12 and 13 hour days. They completed the project (about 4,000 sqft) in 3 days, just as Kevin had predicted. They cleaned up after themselves real well. They were al very friendly and responsive to any requests. The GM came out twice to check on the progress and to do a final inspection of the roof himself. He found two shingles that he felt needed to be replaced and someone came quickly to do this. There were several other inspections to make sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. The final result is a beautiful new roof, We couldn’t be more satisfied. Quality control is definitely high on their list of priorities."

"My apologies to the company...I don't recall the gentleman's name that responded but he was very friendly and professional, and provided some good education on roof repair for me while performing the work. As a result of recent thunderstorms a 4-foot section of roof raised up, due to nails failing to hold. The gentleman who came over said that shouldn't have happened but was successfully able to both restore the roof and add additional reinforcement to that area. He also walked around on the rest of the roof and made a few additional minor repairs/reinforcements. Admittedly, the cost was a bit much for about 1 hour worth of work, but reading online that isn't abnormal. It did influence me to look into a home warranty to cover future similar incidents. I will definitely consider this company for future work though."
