"Very professional company to work with. Was having leaks over the years after multiple handy man repairs, but those usually dont last especially after the hurricane we just had. When it was time to re-roof, I came across Clear View. Communication was excellent. There was not a single time someone didnt answer my call or call me back ASAP to answer any questions I may have had. Their price was right in line with the other estimates I had received, so it really came down to who can provide me with the most trustworthy work. They were on top of the project from start to finish, and completed the job exactly when they projected. Ive already recommended them to my neighbors and family members, Overall, I would work with them in the future. Definitely"

"If I could give a 10 out of 5 stars I would. Argo from Sandoval roofing came out and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. After getting a few more quotes, we decided to go with Sandoval roofing to completely redo our roof and patio (new sheathing, paper, and tiles). We decided to go with them because they were quick to respond through call and text (even late at night), gave a good price, are licensed and bonded through CSLB, and have roofers with 25+ years experience (their roofer Francisco was awesome) They were able to start within a week of giving the quote, and finished the whole job in 4 days. The two bosses were on site to overview the job which I appreciated as well. Overall I could not be happier with this company. With all the bad contractors there are now a days it’s hard to find someone who does quality work at a good price, but Sandoval roofing did so. Sorry for the ramble, but they finished my roof today and I’m very pleased with it so I thought I’d share my whole experience."

"Repaired old, light weight, concrete tile roof. Used titanium underlayment. Repaired cement crowns. Replaced 53 tile; I provided the tile. Power washed away embedded lichen/moss. I have a "new" roof!"

"I absolutely love my traditional tile roof! It adds such a classic charm to my home, and I feel confident knowing it will last for decades with minimal upkeep. The insulation is fantastic, it keeps my house cooler in the summer and nice and warm in the winter, which has even helped lower my energy bills. The installation team did a wonderful job, and I appreciate the quality craftsmanship. It was a bit of an investment upfront, but knowing I wont have to worry about replacing it in my lifetime makes it well worth it. "The Project Manager was excellent in working around the holidays, December 2025 rainstorms and crew availability to repair my November 2025 roof leak and interior wall damage however, two issues of concern were not resolved, i.e., despite the contract stating that "Painting all vents to match the roof", a vent was not painted because they claimed that referred only to any "new" vents installed, and there are 1/2"-1" gaps between some of the reinstalled tiles. Both issues were emailed to the company and discussed with the Project Manager but not resolved. "

"Contracted Federal Building and Roofing with Richard and his team after Listening to Richard's suggestions during the estimate. Had bad water damage to many Rafter Tails as well as a severe leak in the garage, Had several Contractors out for estimates some wanting to go a much more expensive route to repair the damaged wood on the Rafters as well as suggesting a complete Torch down on the entire roof which was not needed, which came with a less than desirable Warranty along with higher costs. Richard gave me peace of mind with his knowledge and suggestions which in turn provided a much longer Warranty and cheaper more effective route to repairing the damaged Rafter tails,all at a very reasonable price compared to other estimates. Any Contractor should have been able to provide me with these suggestions and alternatives but failed to do so. Richard and his team were Professional, polite,cleaned up thoroughly each and every day and completed the job on time as scheduled."
