"The whole experience was good. The warranty is exceptional The customer service was nice and the guys that actually installed the roof were hard workers. There are only two issues I had. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."

Frank was even willing to take a look at my main roof, cleaned it off and coated it. Frank and the crew are always on time and very professional. "From start to finish, they were no nonsense and professional. I really appreciated that they gave me options for different furnaces and compressors. You would think this was a given, but the other company I called just assumed that I wanted the least expensive unit. He talked a great deal about himself ,family and his roofing experience so we hired him. I was a little disappointed we never received the formal typed contract. He related stories his assets were frozen and he brought another hand written paper? The roof appears to be fine so far and the flashing is holding up. His methods are a little shaky so I don't know about the warranty but so far so good!"

Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday.
