I asked Don to change my quote 4-5 times as my ideas changed trying to imaging our deck. Don was very happy to update our estimate until we were happy with our design. About 11/2 weeks later, they called and said that a job had cancelled and they could install ours the upcoming Saturday which was 2 weeks ahead of schedule! "They were great. One of the posts wasn't quite right so I called them on Friday and they just came today to fix it, so that was fast. The young men that work for him were very good, Brian Wicket is the foreman and he stayed with them all the time. He even gave me his cell phone number because he said the office sometimes gets busy and he called back that evening when I called them for the rework. The young men that put it in were very nice and knew what they were doing. They called two days ago to apologize for not being able to get out here sooner. We were very happy with them. They cleaned up their mess, they brought all their stuff, and we didn't have to do anything really. It was pretty nice. When they first came out we didn't know much about what we wanted but I kind of knew I wanted vinyl and I knew I wanted black vinyl for the chain link fence so that it looked a little nicer and they brought everything. We got two quotes, they were cheaper but not that much, maybe about $400 cheaper, and I really liked what they had to offer compared to the others. The other companies were more reputable but I liked the personal part of my interaction with the people of Michiana Fence. They called, they told me when they would do it, they called a week ahead of time to say they would be over that following week if it didn't rain and they kept following up with phone calls, so the communication was excellent and I was pleased with that. They took their time with us, they had brochures and they told us where they bought the fence. Everything was written down on the contract, the installation, what they were going to do, how many and what that cost was going to be, the tax and everything. I wanted some steel supports under one fence and he added that on. We paid them half and then they did not take any more money until they were all done. They just worked with us. They did it one day and it was a small job too but they treated it as if it were a big job. I would refer them to my best friend but they are not in our town, they are about twenty miles away but they service our area. They can do right with the big boys."

Crew arrived at promised time and date to remove old fence and to set posts for new posts. That work completed in a reasonable time and job site left neat and clean. After concrete had time to set properly, crew returned at promised time and date to complete fence installation. Final work was completed promptly and professionally. Once again the job site was left neat and clean. The crew workers were polite, professional, and efficient. The job cost a little more than I had hoped, but exactly as estimated. The quality of work and the professional approach made it worthwhile."

"Jim is a top-notch independent professional. He's busy and he works at his pace. If you aren't in a hurry, his schedule makes up for his quality and professionalism. Jim responded to a call. We spoke about the repair needed. It took him a week or two to get out to the property to survey the damage. I put in a couple of calls along the way. Once he got out, he told me when he could get to it and that suited us fine. He offered some constructive suggestions that were actually a bit less than we wanted to do regarding the repair. We appreciated his recommendation.Once we committed to the project, he got right to it. Really good attention to detail and materials. You get the feeling that he is fixing it with the same attention that he'd give his own home.  <br /> After the repair, he got back to us with an additional suggestion on securing some structural issues. He offered the service as an add-on. Again, good suggestion from Jim and we proceeded.  <br /> The collapsed chimney left a mess of rock and block in the yard. Jim cleared that away for us without even being asked.  <br /> We'll be calling on him for sure for future work. <br />"

"Hired Timberseal to strip, clean and stain (spray/brush method) Shadowbox Wood (cedar) Fence. The company has its own stain product which (based on previous customers) has its good life span after applied. The job was assigned to two technicians (Justin and Justin) who worked from beginning to the end of the project. Proper protection methods were used to prevent potential over spray. Job was done timely. This team did great job in timely manner. They cleaned job site afterwards. Would hire them again in the future, because they were very detailed, and professional."
