"HORRIBLE POOL SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They must of sold the company because they have ZERO work ethic as of the past few months. Here are reasons to steer clear of them: 1-they show up and they are here for no joke 5-6 minutes 2-they are super expensive and they nickel and dime you for everything. 3-they constantly are sending notices of things needing to be done (which is fine if warranted) but this company is just out for the $$$$ 4-Be prepared to be calling them every week because the pool guys show up without proper items needed to clean your pool i.e. no hose vacuum, they dont sweep the pool, if they do sweep it they push it to the deep end and hope nobody notices. 5-when you call the office nobody ever answers the phone, so you leave a voicemail and/or text but take a seat because NOBODY is calling back anytime soon. Ohhh were you expecting them to come back and fix the issue same day???? NOPE!!!! They will come when "they" are good and ready which is probably the following week Why have a pool service then? 6-they empty out the leaves from your baskets on the side of the house because its too much effort to dispose of it properly 7- they do not service your pool the entire week of a holiday So nothing for 2-weeks Xmas or New Year 8-they take pictures of your "cleaned pool" from far away so you can't see the floor and how dirty it still is OR they leave it cloudy OR they send you pictures of someone else pool OR they take pictures of Chlorine tablets in someone's hands but those tablets don't make it into the pool LASTLY, THEY WERE GOOD YEARS AGO AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE OLD REVIEWS. NOTHING IS CURRENT"

"Had them for a year or so and bot once sis they hold up to what they promised they would do. Towards the end my pool was green and directly after their service i checked and the basket wasnt cleaned out and was full of debris. No chemicals added. Do tablets in the basket or in my tablet holder. After many conversations with the owner and his wife still nothing changed. Months later and they still are trying to collect for the last month when they did absolutely nothing but destroy my pool. Unfortunately now another 2 months later i get another email for payment. Time to go to court. Absolutely do not fall for this incompetent business"

"I have an infloor cleaning system, Chlorinated pool, with fiber filters. I called the company that installed the pool three years ago. They told me that my pool was probably due for drain of old water, cleaned, and refilled. I called Sky Blue Pools(SBP), on a recommendation from a friend, they came by and confirmed pool needed to be serviced. They gave me a quote that was $650. less than the pool installation company wanted to charge me at their base price. I asked SBP (Joey) about my brine line around water line tiles. He said it was about the worst he has seen, and told me it would cost me $3.50 per lineal foot for them to erase it. Joey measured my perimeter and gave me a price, still $370 lower than my other quote, that didn't include line removal. The next day SBP (Joey and Christie, the owners) came by and set up to drain my pool, which took about 14 hrs to complete. We had a cold spell of rainy cold weather that delayed the cleaning a couple days. Joey, Christie, and some other workers showed up and removed the water line mark with a glass bead sprayer. (beautiful job see photos) then they carefully prepped and pressure cleaned the pool pebble tech sidewalls. I couldn't believe all the embedded grime they removed. SBP cleaned out my infloor drain, which was partially clogged with sand from three years of sand storms etc. They cleaned my pump 4 cannister filters and advised me that they were due for replacement, soon. Their price for the filters installed was $110. cheaper than the local pool supply company. SBP then refilled my pool. They came back three times to ensure that the pool chemicals were properly balanced in my pool (no added cost for chemicals or service) and that my pool pump was properly set to auto clean. Additionally, they told me that my pool pump was set to run way too long (8hrs. in winter- 12 hrs. in summer) and that it was not properly synced with the ozone water purifying system. (all of the settings and times were set by the original pool company). Everything is working much more efficiently with the new settings. SBP told me to call them if I had any questions or if I needed anything else done. Sky Blue Pools also cleans and does routine maintenance on pools. They don't charge you mileage or service call, I know they have accounts as far west of the valley as Tonopah, AZ. Sky Blue Pool Service, is a complete pool service company. The owners, (Joey and Jackie) are good people, and they give great personalized service. I highly recommend Sky Blue Pool Service."

"We started our service with Phoenix Pool Pro in March. Things didn't start out on a good foot because the tech didn't show up on the day they were scheduled but we wrote this off as bad luck since they told us an emergency popped up and they sent someone out the next day. Our pool was blue but needed to be vacuumed and prepared for swimming after the winter. The technician told us we needed to buy a vacuum and said the owner would let us know what model we should purchase. We never heard about the vacuum again. Over the period of the next few months the pool gradually got more cloudy and eventually turned pea green. The owner told us we needed an algae treatment and said they would call the following Monday to discuss options. We never got a call about the algae treatment and the technician never came back. The owner is no longer returning our calls or text messages. We are now looking for another company and our pool is disgusting."
