"Short version: Sam is awesome to say the VERY least. He knows what he is doing, does not try to rip you off with service, and minimums, and stands behind his work. I will definitely be using him going forward if I ever need my roof repaired. Long version: Back in April 2022, I realized I had a major roof leak that would leave a massive puddle inside of my garage after heavy rain. I inquired on Angi.com, the morning I realized it was the roof leaking. I had a roofing company just pop up to inspect the damage, and without even pulling his ladder to actually inspect the roof, proceeded to tell me what the issue was and that they could get it fixed ASAP, but they have a minimum fee of $725. As I was talking to the roofer from the other company, I received a text from Sam. Shortly after the roofer left, I responded to Sam and he said that he would be in my area the following morning and could stop by. Sam came out the next day, actually climbed up on the roof, did a thorough inspection, and told me exactly what the problem(s) was. He quoted me a price significantly lower than the other company and said he could come out a few days later (because it was still snowing... in April). He sealed the windows and flashing, then asked me to let him know if the roof leaked at all after. A day or so later we had heavy rains and very strong winds in my area (I live on a hill) so the wind had lifted the shingles on the corner of the roof which caused water to enter the garage. I contacted Sam, and he came out the same day, and repaired/sealed the roof, and again instructed me to reach out if the roof leaked at all. It is July 15, 2022 and we have had quite a few heavy rains/strong winds since April 2022 (it is actually raining right now), and the roof has not leaked at all. Thank you again Sam, I sincerely appreciate it!!!"

"The job went very well; Danny was honest in describing the work his company would perform, the exact cost - no hidden fees - and he was a consummate professional through the entire process. The job was performed in an expeditious, yet meticulous manner; I have experienced leaking problems each year over the past 4 years with my enclosed deck installed by another company. However, given the excessive amount of snow, which accumulated on my roof over this past winter, there has been no water/ice leakage; and after torrential rain storms, I have not experienced any leakage as well. "We had Sal remodel our bathroom and where so pleased with the job we had them come back and replace our windows.  We had some cheap old windows and really wanted to upgrade to Anderson Windows. After doing some research Scott figured out a way for us to get Anderson windows. They were able to use new construction windows, which required them to remove the siding around the windows to install.  They did a wonderful job and we are so pleased with the results.  They saved us thousands of dollars using the new construction windows.  We got an estimate from Re-newal by Anderson and they said it wasn't possible and want to charge almost 10,000 dollars more for replacement windows.  So glad everything worked out the way it did! Thanks to SAL & his crew. "Mike was prompt, efficient and professional during the estimate phase. He was very accomodating as it took a bit to secure the funds. When we were ready, he provided an approximate date to begin and end the work. His roofing crew was friendly, professional and hard-working. They listened to any questions I had and tried to accommodate us. Mike was in communication every day of the project and very interested in making sure we were completely satisfied. Because of the size of the roof, it became a two-day project and Mike was apologetic. We never considered it a problem and the crew started before 7:00 am every morning. There were a few extra things provided by Mike and his crew, some tree trimming, a couple of nails tidying up a sagging garage door and a little extra cleanup around the house. We are very satisfied with Agape Construction and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the for any project. You can trust Mike and his crew.
