"I have nothing but highest praise for all staff at Eko Movers. I originally was a bit skeptical hiring a Cincinnati-based company for a move from NY to NM but the result was more than convincing that I made the right decision. From the beginning the response was quick, always, and the staff very helpful with questions I had. I submitted a detailed inventory list and we agreed on a pickup on Monday with delivery by the dedicated truck on Saturday. The driver communicated in advance that he will be able to deliver one day ahead of time – a nice surprise! Absolutely nothing was damaged which is truly amazing, considering the distance travelled of approx. 2,100 miles! There also were two items of great concern: a 7-foot tall glass curio cabinet and an original artwork, under glass, approx. 5x4 ft. – Again, no damage, no scratches. "Shannon arrived at our house as planned and did a thorough and beautiful job cleaning our whole house.  We have been disappointed with house cleaning in the  past as the people would come and leave many things unclean.  Shannon deep cleaned several areas of our house and it looked and smelled like he had deep cleaned the whole house.  He took his time and made sure all the areas we had talked about in out initial interview were completely clean including woodwork, floors and window blinds.  He stayed "until the job was done"  not by the hour.  We were VERY pleased and he will come many more times!  We definitely recommend him!! <br />"

"We have used Honey Crenshaw twice to help us purchase a property.  The first experience, while purchasing a home, was excellent so we decided to enlist her services on the purchase of a condo as well.  Honey is very professional and has fantastic communication and follow-up.  We always knew where we were in the process and she was great at making sure all related parties did their jobs.  Honey was very patient in searching for appropriate properties to view, and while visiting the properties, and has very good knowledge of the Louisville home market.  We were able to narrow down our choices and find the right property very quickly.  We also found out during our first experience with Honey that she stays in touch after the sale to make sure things are going well with the move-in and whether we had experienced any unusual issues.  She shows up on time (usually quite early) and if she was going to be late for an appointment, which was very rare, she always let us know in plenty of time, before we even left for the appointment ourselves.  Honey is very personable, upbeat, and a pleasure to work with. <br />"

"I contacted Katie prior to moving to Lexington from out-of-state for assistance in some pre-moving chores.  I was facing an eight hour drive with two very unhappy cats and needed to have their litter boxes, food and water ready for them at our new home the minute they got out of the car.  I came to Lexington to look for an apartment a few weeks ahead of the move with all of their goodies (and some essentials for me as well.)   Katie met me at my hotel and loaded all of our stuff into her car and even took me to Petsmart to buy a cat tree.  She kept our things in her garage until the day prior to the move.  Although Katie herself was unavailable that day, she arranged to have an assistant deliver the items to our new home.  When I - and two utterably miserable cats - arrived the next evening, not only had the stuff been delivered, but I found the litter boxes set up, the shower curtain hung, my coffee pot plugged in (Oh, thank you for that!), and food in the cupboard.  By bedtime, both cats were right at home.  Katie's services made the move so much easier for me.  She is also loads of fun and a font of knowledge about Lexington, which was very helpful to a new resident.  I'll not hesitate to call upon Katie again when the need arises.  <br />"
