"The sales person was very informative. The guys that installed the windows & trim seemed very knowledgeable. I only had a couple complaints about their work. #1-The expandable foam installation was not filling in the spaces around my new windows, and I had to point this out. They went back and corrected this on the windows I saw. #2-My major complaint was the very poor clean-up after completion. The "foam" got on furniture, scraps in my air ducts, exterior caulk on my newly replaced roof. My dad always said to leave a project better than when you found it, including cleaning."

Had some scheduling issues, due to weather but that is to be expected. Crew was courteous, professional and willing to answer any question. They are extremely hard working and work long hours to make sure work is completed in a timely manner. Cleaned up work area daily and stored material neatly. This company used high quality material and installed it professionally. After work was completed, they hand wiped all finger prints and smudges. When work was complete, they walked  with us around house to make sure, we were satisfied. I would not hesitated to recommend this company to anyone. House looks great and I will never have to paint again.

"For such a massive project it went very smoothly.  We are so pleased with J.D. and his crew.  From the time we met J.D. to discuss window options we felt very comfortable about hiring him.  He took the time to give us the do's and don't and in's and out's on replacement windows.  The important thing here is that he wasn't just a salesman.  He was the owner and the lead installer. As soon as we signed the contract we learned that we picked the right guy and company.  We were worried that when they removed the windows and saw some the massive amounts of wood rot damage they would come back and increase their fee.  Not the case, J.D. stated up front that it would all be covered in the original bid.  We did have to replace a couple of boards around a few windows but he was always upfront about it and there were no hidden costs.
We found his crew to be professional and very respectful of our property.  They provided daily clean-up as well.  His slogan of "Fix it Once - Not Twice" was on target.  They measured every cut twice and sometimes three times to make sure it was the right length.  He was always available to answer questions and we found him to be very knowledgeable about the work he performs.  And besides that, he was just a good guy.  I would highly recommend Wood Rot Solutions to any one needing replacement windows and wood rot services.

Kyle was great to work with, quick to respond and did great work on the final install. Our house now has clear windows and I am sure they will work out great.

Within the 1 day, Rob replaced two overhead torsion springs and installed a LiftMaster (model 3280) 1/2HP Belt Drive garage door opener (w/ all accessories). It took him approximately 2.5 hours to complete the job. His work is flawless, removed and hauled away my old garage door opener and it works perfectly. Rob is an independent and I researched all local vendors, including the cost for me to do this repair myself. He's very flexible; he even offered to install a door opener if I purchased it myself. In summary, Rob knows his trade. He will provide you with an honest and free estimate, which I find rare for this type of repair, uses quality products, and is the most reasonably priced."
