"I highly recommend Richard from Tomahawk flooring. I hired them to do carpet installation at a rental property in Westbrook. Lowe’s ended up losing the carpeting I had purchased a few weeks prior and delivered other very inferior carpeting instead. Richard was able to secure new high quality carpeting for me the next day and sold it to me at a fair price. They completed a tricky installation (large odd-shaped room with 2 closets as well as a winding staircase) quickly and professionally. Richard’s team did such a great job on the carpeting that I hired them to replace a vinyl plank floor in my Scarborough home with hardwood. Again, the job was done quickly and professionally, working well into the evening hours so it would be done for me for Easter! I couldn’t be happier with Richard and Tomahawk flooring."

"This was a little tricky because the property is in a Historic District. He was easy to work with and started close to when he said he would and once on it, stayed until done. It was a 2-1/2 week project. The tricky part was that I gave the Historic Pres Board plans and they had to be followed exactly and so I visited the job each day and we had to make some changes due to conditions and still get it to look appropriate. He was very reasonable in pricing and got done quickly. Be aware that he is a heave smoker, although it is not a problem with outside work it may be a problem if he were to perform a job inside."

"We hired Innovation Painting to paint our cottage in Maine before arriving there for the summer. They rated A++ in communication, and professionalism. Matt was in frequent contact with us as to progress and confirming what needed to be done. He was determined to provide the quality we wanted and he achieved that goal!"

"We have hired him twice. We were thrilled with his work both times! In this last job, he repaired a large hump in our hardwood floor that came about due to moisture. He was able to pull up the boards, fix the subfloor, and then put the boards back and refinish the entire 15'8"' x 18'3" floor. Price was more than reasonable. He and his crew did all of this work in less that a day. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend."

"Kyle and his team redid my ceiling after we had some water damage. Rather than Sheetrock, he was able to come up with a more attractive replacement as well as less expensive! 10/10!"

"Excellent customer service and communication. They were meticulous and thorough. I have to admit I'm not easy to impress but these guys did just that. I will be using this company again."

"Honest and hard working! Justin gets things done when others would simply walk away. Not afraid of any project, no matter how major."

"Mark is skilled at carpentry and tiling. He is meticulous and conscientious. He is personable and does an excellent job. An excellent find. You would be lucky to have him work on your project. He did a full remodel for us. New windows, doors and trim. New flooring, kitchen cabinets, two bathrooms and deck. He is a GC with an excellent team including a plumber, electrician and painter."

"These guys were very responsible, came to work on time, polite, and accommodating. I would highly recommend them. The roof looks great!! AND most importantly, NO LEAKS !! :) Hire them!!"
