I specifically have to thank Andrew S. who went through 3 inspections before my insurance company agreed to replace it. To Andrew’s credit, his persistence and skill over a period of 2 months finally resulted in my insurance company (known for denying claims) agreeing to a full replacement. If you ever have an insurance company come to assess your property after a storm they often have third party companies doing the work of assessing damage and almost always deny your claim.
