"Its hard to say you like an estimate when its too high. I have to say that they weren't really timely. They weren't particularly trying to get my business very hard. They took their time to get the estimate to me. I don't know if they are overworked or what, but that was the result of it. I thought they should have been more timely. They weren't in an hurry. Again, they may have had too much work to do. That was kind of average to me. That was an average price for me. If the price were to come down. They struck us as being to litigious. We have doubts of using them in the future."

"We had to wait for our house to be scheduled because they were busy at that time. But the wait was worth it. We were impressed by their professionalism and workmanship (the staff, crew and owner). They listened and complied with any special requests we had. Our experience with them was totally different from the ones with the negative reviews here, and we have no affiliation to the company, nor are we related to the Owner. We hired them because they were referred to us by the shingle manufacturer. The quote was fair. They replaced all the rotted wood, which was billed separately, as they did not know the extent of the wood replacement until the roof was completely exposed. They cleaned up all debris at the end of each day. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism. We love our new roof.
