I call that great customer service! If you have any concrete project you need taken care of I 100% recommend this company. "From our first phone conversation that we had with Eli at SES builders, I understood that this is a different company that work differently from all the other ones. Eli really understood the value of the relationship that must have when a remodeling project is achieved and he understood clearly our expectations. During our meetings at our that house, Eli didn’t relied just on our personal design concepts and more than that, his design process started with our design preferences and included additional solutions to several items that we wanted to have but unfortunately they couldn’t be implemented. One of the ideas of Eli was to take down one wall that separated our kitchen from the rest of the house and we loved that idea because it made the house with a much larger open space. The remodeling went fast and Eli made sure that the crew will work at the house on a daily basis making sure that the daily tasks will be accomplished. "Beautiful Patio, Excellent service and a reasonable price. Paul (the owner) and the two installers were very professional. The installers worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves. They also consulted with me for placement before installing the lights. They were gracious enough to put together my new hammock that was still in the box and they DID NOT CHARGE ME. During and shortly after the installation of my patio, we had a couple of days of rain. At no time was there a leak; in fact, my granddaughters and I laid out on my new hammock while it was raining. Neither the hammock nor my granddaughters or I got wet. I am very pleased and would recommend B&B Patios without hesitation. Now, I'm ending this review to go throw some ribs on the Bar-B-Que."

"I prefer not to disclose the amount that I spent on their services.  I wouldn’t suggest using them.  My husband and I are in our seventies and we can’t do anything much anymore.  I asked them if they would come back every three or four months and check and see how things are for maintenance.  I asked if they had a maintenance programme and they said they did.  So I gave them a call and they said that they would call back.  I can’t tell about the timing because they never did call back.  They were not so responsive.  If they weren’t interested in doing the maintenance work, they could have just told me.  I could have found someone else.  They gave so many reasons for not calling back like the receptionist was at the doctor’s or the guy was not available.  That’s kind of bad.  They could have just said that they didn’t have a maintenance programme and that was fine.  I did hire someone else who is doing a maintenance programme for me.  I think Wilhelm Sprinkler Co over charged me but that’s okay.  I thought they would have had a certain level of professional quality but it wasn’t like that.  They were responsive and punctual until that time.  I will not use their services again in the future."
