"I called Ron last July about putting in a sprinkler system. For several reasons I wasn't able to do it last year. I called Ron back the last week of June and asked him if he would come refresh my memory of what he had proposed to do. He came the next day and went over it all and we set the date for July 1 to install the system. They were here bright and early and worked hard all day. They installed some misters in flower beds and did a great job of not destroying my plants! They cleaned up the yard very well and tested the system and made some adjustments. Ron went over the operation of the controls with me and left me the book of instructions (just in case)! Ron's workers did a great job. I am very glad I saw him listed on Angie's list! "I called Seasonal Concepts originally because I saw an attractive lawn in my neighborhood and inquired as to who did the lawn care.  The owner is very nice, spends a lot of time on a quote.  The person who answers the phones is equally nice and easy to talk to. But communication breaks down with this company over and over and over again.  Example: I asked that no chemicals be put on my lawn from the time I initially called, until the present.  Chemicals have been applied to my lawn six times.  I call, I talk to the mowing crew, I even put up a sign. They don't remember.  Sometimes they blow the decks, sometimes they don't.   Sometimes they edge well, sometimes they miss places.  Sometimes there are chunks of lawn not mowed.   You get the picture. <br />  I got a quote for tree trimming, agree to it, and no one ever came to do the work.  Got a quote for aerating the  lawn.  Agreed to it over six weeks ago.  Called last week to inquire on the status, and was told I would get a call back.  Still waiting on the callback.   <br /> So the bottom line is that that they are all really nice people.  But they forget,  They don't follow through.  The work is hit and miss when they do come.  I have had enough and am looking elswhere. <br />"

"I had 3 estimates. Harold came the day after I called and made the BEST and most thorough inspection of the 3. His price was in the reasonable level for how much work needed to be done and based on how thorough his inspection and estimate were I hired him and he was here the day after the heavy rain. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently, When I called about a couple of minor spots on the deck they were back the next to get them. We are very happy with the work."

"I had a plumber in the week before that repaired some stuff but only made my problems worse. I found out that the other guy (a friend of a friend) who wasn't even legal. I wasn't there when he did the work. He didn't even drive a truck. <br /> <br />I was quoted $1600 with Ben Franklin for all of the work to fix what the other guy did and replace my water heater. I didn't want to pay that much (since I already paid $600 to the other guy). <br />They came out and fixed everything the other guy did plus replaced my water heater with a bigger one and only charged me $1200. <br />Joanna from the office was nice and kept me up on everything that was being done. <br />I'm still out the $600 from the other guy but I will use Ben Franklin again!"
