But CSI responded right away and scheduled an appointment for the following day to inspect the driveway. They came back to me within hours with a reasonable written estimate. The work was completed in two visits over the next two weeks, as the asphalt repair needed time to cure before applying a new topcoat. "Crew arrived on time, were very efficient, did a great job (no asphalt "oopsies"), left our project clean, and so far (2 months) the slurry is holding up better than expected compared to previous slurry jobs we've had completed. Project was private drive for 4 homes, about 4,000 sf. Crew cleaned driveway w/blower, sealed cracks, laid down quality slurry mix, and shaved down a couple asphalt bumps (due to buried pipes) to level out the FS. All-in-all a quality job and will look forward to having Landmark Paving come back in 3 years or so to repeat same."

"I had a difficult job for Joshua and his team. I needed an asphalt surface laid in a difficult area to access up a hill of my property.  He told me it wouldn't be easy but he would get it done.  By the end of a 100 degree day they had finished with a nice smooth surface.  However when it was done I realized there was a miscommunication about the exact dimensions.  I explained my issue and he said he would have his team back the next morning with his team.  I felt bad but he said they weren't done until I was happy.  I really appreciated his emphasis on customer satisfaction.  The next day he was there when he said and by the time they were done I had the exact surface I was hoping for.  Joshua definitely cares about doing the best job possible at a reasonable price and I would recommend him to friends looking for asphalt or concrete service.

"He caught a problem with one of the parts in the faucet. Instead of replacing that part and telling me, because the problem still existed, I asked for a plumber to come out. He didn't communicate that to me so I had to end up spending more money to correct the problem, which it was more simplified if he would have communicated to me and all that should have been done was those 2 small parts which would have been much more less expensive. When I did speak to the plumber within the 30 days of the work guarantee, he kind of blamed me for it and I didn't like that. I told him it should have been resolved just off of the strength that the work was guaranteed for 30 days and it was the lack of communication on his part.
As far as the electrical work, I am satisfied with the electrical work. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the extractor fan ventilator in the bathroom because it has the same problem with the moisture. I don't know if the air is being extracted out or not.
The getting back is not that fast. It takes 3 days to a week for work that needs to be done.
The price was a little exorbitant."

"Matt came to inspect our roof and found another tile that needed to be replaced in addition to the 2 that were already broken. He came the next day to do the job. In addition to replacing the tiles, he fixed other tiles that were previously repaired by another company. He was efficient and did an awesome job. Reasonable price and would use him again for any future jobs."
