"Keith was excellent from his first visit to explain what needed to be done on the kitchen drain. Afterwards, I requested a new water heater to be installed. Both were done this morning in a timely manner. Keith is very competent, takes the time to explain everything, and did an excellent job. I also was extremely thankful to Keith this morning as he identified a gas leak that I otherwise would not have known about.
