"Matt and his crew were absolutely great work with.  Matt is very knowledgeable and offered several options rather than a complete window replacement.  That saved us some money and still improved the quality and value of the house.  Kevin and his son Zach did the actual work and you could tell they both knew their business and cared about the quality of the job they did.  They were on the job exactly when they said they'd be and completed the work a bit earlier than I was expecting.  It was a very good experience and I'd recommend them to anyone and definitely would use them again.

"Got on Angi's: Wanted Glass Shower Door Unit installed on Tub. 20 minutes after submitted for help - Matt texted and ask when good time to stop by. I Said in morning, anytime after 9 am. I called Matt next morning, about 9 am - we talked and Matt said could be over in 15-20 minutes (and he was). Matt noticed: Tub had lean. Long story short: More we tore into things, the worse it got !! With Matt's advice (and his co-worker Brad) - ended up: removed Cast Iron Tub, reinforced sidewall studs & base plate, reinsulated, replaced subfloor & interior walls around tub. THEN: Installed new tub & surround. Of course, existing water lines had to be relocated !! Numerous small hurdles came up (during all this). Been hard not to lose patience. Matt & Brad never got upset, were never negative. They'd figure situations out, share info with me & share what they planned to do - to fix it. Not once, did Matt or Brad not include me, regarding any significant repair needing done. Not once, did Matt or Brad complain. After new shower & tub installed - they were finally able to install Glass Shower Door Unit !! Did a wonderful job !! Brad even reinstalled Laminate Flooring that had to be torn up (when replaced subflooring). Matt's work was detailed & proper. He not a "Corner Cutter" - yet, he knows how to do things (that save you money). Matt talked with me about work to be done: before, during & after. We also talked about money: before, during & after. There were no suprises. Matt and Brad are true to their word. Bottom Line: If need help on project in future: Matt will be my 1st call. And I hope Brad still working with him. Good Team !!"

"Two of the windows and screens fill out because they didn’t have proper clips. They told me they didn’t have them in stock and would have to order them. Meanwhile they put some short nails in there to hold the them. Also the larger of the patio doors never has opened smoothly. They told us it was fine and just use furniture polish from the track to make it work."

Although it was very cold with ice on the ground, he worked efficiently to repair the siding and downspout. It's been about 5 weeks since the repair and have had no issues. "Everything went according to plan.  He showed up when he said he would but with only two workers.  It turned out that was all he needed.  They did an excellent job and he added an accent that turned out to be very attractive.  When one of his workers accidently broke a piece of heavy plate glass used in a skylight he replaced it at his own cost.  They finished on time, in budget, and did a very good job.  I highly recommend Mr. Marchel's roofing services.
