"We had damage from water leaking into our attic during this cold and snowy winter. Two other roofing companies could not figure out what was the problem with the roof. ISP quickly diagnosed the problem and knew that the ice dam on the roof had forced water from the melting snow to damage the shingles and leak into the house. They came out right away on an emergency basis before the next approaching storm and removed the ice dam and tarped the roof to prevent further water damage, until it was warm enough to repair the shingles. He explained why we had leaks and how they would be rectified when they roofed. He then worked with our insurance agent which turned out to be a good thing. Our roof was done in one day and looks wonderful. They did everything that was promised and a little more. We also got new gutters, paint and several boards replaced. It was nice to have everything managed under one umbrella since each task depended on the others. James monitored the whole process to ensure all was as it should be.
