"I recently hired Precision Painting Interior & Exterior, LLC to power wash, paint, and repair my front and back porches. They did an incredible job, which included painting the ceilings and removing the old lattice around the lower areas, replacing it with new lattice. Additionally, they replaced any rotten wood on the porches. The entire project took two days, and the results were outstanding! I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. My neighbors have even been calling me to ask for Miguel's contact information because they're so impressed with the quality of work. This was a small repair job on fascia and flashing which they handled at time of estimate for a reasonable price, especially considering the minimum fees that bigger contractors charge -- if you can even get the bigger guys to come out.
