In addition to doing the work well and quickly (around an hour or so to swap out the disposal,) Tim also gave me a compliment inspection on my home's plumbing. He recommend some changes I could do myself, and gave me estimates for changes for which I'd hire a plumbing service again - and there was never any pressure on me to schedule additional work with G Force."

"Our experience with The Original Plumber and Brian Payne was excellent. Our main sewer link was leaking in the crawlspace and our 50-year old cast iron pipes were not draining properly. Brian and his assistant were prompt, courteous and kept us informed about what he was discovering and the best way to resolve the plumbing problems. They replaced all cast iron pipes that came out of the foundation and all of the problems were fixed! They also did a great job making sure all the carpet and flooring was protected and cleaned up when they were finished. Highly recommended!"

"We had a pipe burst in our basement during the cold snap in GA this year. I called him at the suggestion of a co-worker. he immediately returned our call and despite his being booked the entire day from early morning until late at night, he fit us in. he came over to the house ,checked out the situation and gave us a quote. one of the great things he does is he makes sure he looks at all your plumbing needs to make sure there are not issues which you were not aware of or might have missed. he let us know he was going to have to tear out our existing shower to fix the pipe. since they were going to have to fix the pipe anyway, we decided to redo the basement bathroom. Brian spoke with my husband about who he would need to complete the job and at the request of my husband, spoke to him about a tankless water heater for the house. Brian gave us a very fair price. he gave us the contact information for the tile installer, the dry wall installer, the painter and the frameless glass enclosure installer. he was there for every individual who came to work on the bathroom and worked with them, making sure they came, they did what they said they were going to and answered any of our questions. Brian fixed the pipe which burst as well as insulated it so that it wouldn't occur again, he installed our vanity and the granite top, he installed the new toilet, he installed the tankless water heater and all faucets/shower heads etc. not one time did he push, there was no hard selling, nor did he suggest un-needed repairs. Brian is professional, personable, knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. i would recommend him to anyone, and for me,that is saying a lot ! we are going to call him back when we renovate our kitchen and two other bathrooms.

"James and his son arrived to install approx.100 ft of water line, several valves and a back flow preventer for an irrigation system. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They asked several important questions and made adjustments to our original plan to accommodate my future needs. Their work was impeccable. Any tradesman that works according to best practices instead of just to code has my business. They are now my go to plumber! I have already recommended them to my neighbors. For those who say they are high priced, the other quotes I received for this job were 3 times higher. "This is my second project with Jean-Claude and it went extremely well (just like the first one).  We had a lot of challenges with the original construction of the kitchen and the shortcuts taken by the builder.  Jean-Claude and his team are very detail-oriented and made sure everything lined up well.  What I really appreciate about him is his problem-solving attitude.  Instead of just patching things together and getting out as fast as he can, he really takes the time to develop a good strategy toward finishing the work.  I would highly recommend Jean-Claude for any bathroom or kitchen remodeling.
