In fact, CJ, the owner was by far the most responsive and knowledgeable during the evaluation process and I felt I was being consulted to by an expert and not sold to by a salesman. I had many questions throughout the entire process and CJ never felt bothered by them. Our project had many facets including refinishing existing floors, replacing carpet with new floors and tearing out old flooring and replacing with new. There was also a number of other contractors working in the house at the same time and CJ worked around them without complaint. I set up an appointment that same day to look at their flooring samples. This was on Saturday. My floors had to be demoed with laminate and tile. The guys had my floor demoed in 1 day and they will be done today!!! I am beyond happy with their customer service. Dia is the gentleman I dealt with at the store and who came to my house.
