"Galen's crew professionally built a 10 x 20 solid foundation. On top of that an enclosed screened patio with two wet rated Hunter fans and on top of that a second floor balcony with balusters and on my second floor rear wall, French doors that open outwards to enjoy the beautifully white painted with decorative custom dentil molding rear view addition. I am excitedly and delightedly happy. The rear view of Galen's completed attached project, now, as I've noticed, has even slowed the very uncooperative 35 mph traffic that over looks the rear of my home as passing cars admire Galen's work.
