"They worked with me to help determine what type of granite would be best for my kitchen layout. I chose the slabs myself from a warehouse and had them shipped to QSI. They walked me through the various options and costs associated with them such as the type of edge I wanted on the countertops. I was really impressed with the work they did and was given a tour of their shop to show how they would cut the slabs to get the most usable surface.  Really good job. <br />"

"Great. The first visit we met with Krista and walked through the warehouse with many granite slabs. We picked four we liked. Subsequent appointment we picked product ( not one of the original four) and signed contract. Krista was very good at explaining the process and responding promptly to any emails. The process went exactly as expected. The granite is beautiful and the fabrication corrected any unevenness in the wall. The previous Formica counter had a seam that never laid flat. Only one small seam in the middle of sink plus the piece behind the stove are not noticeable. They also sent two layouts for us to choose the one we liked best. Additionally, they recommended and booked the person (paid separately) to tear out the old counter and reinstall the plumbing. He was prompt and did a good job. Everyone listened to my concerns and resolved any questions regarding the new slide in range. Minimum disruption was a plus. Definitely recommend this company if granite is in your future."

"We stopped in without an appointment and they asked if we had a contractor (we did not) so they gave us a list of who they work with in our area. But they also let us look at the granite in the warehouse. We actually chose our granite that day and then got quotes from contractors. I really appreciate that they were very accommodating to us even though we didn't have an appointment. <br />"

"I worked with Aaron throughout the process. It was a great experience! I selected the granite from Global Granite prior to getting estimates from 4 different fabricators. Majestic Stone had a good price and great reviews on Angie's List. I'm happy to be writing another one! :O) They performed the tear out of the old countertops and installation of the new granite. Aaron worked with me to make sure I could select how the granite was cut so that I could ensure lots of "character" on the island. Once they arrived, it only took a couple of hours for them to complete the work (plumber had to come the following day to reconnect the garbage disposal and dishwasher and attach the new faucet). I know they had to order the stone from overseas, but I had to keep calling and following up with them to learn the status of my stone. The work itself was great, and he did call me after the installation to make sure I was happy."

"We first saw the company at Louisville's Home and Garden show and since we were building an addition onto our house we were attracted by their display and interest in our project shown by the owner. He is the one we dealt with from beginning to end. He was willing to custom make a color for us, but in the end I went to his shop, a short drive from Louisville, to see samples of all the possible colors and styles. Although he has a nice brochure, it is better to see the whole variety in person. He even took me through the factory, which is right next to the showroom, to see how the cultured marble pieces, such as bathtubs and sinks, are made. I was impressed with his desire to help me find the exact color I wanted for my bathroom and he even gave me small pieces to help me then coordinate the paint colors. He came out to measure, of course, and discussed with my builder exactly how everything would work together, since there is plumbing and glass shower doors to consider as well. I was thrilled with the results and now, nearly two years later, I am still thrilled with the counter with integral sink, backsplash, and shower with seat. The cultured marble has held up beautifully and still looks brand new. <br />"
