"They replaced our roof this summer and replaced our back patio door this fall. We had great experiences with both projects. Communication was excellent, right from the start. Our sales contact was (and still is) amazing, answered all my questions, and impressed me with his knowledge of the products and the company itself. The handoff to each project manager was smooth, we had folks come out in advance to measure and inspect the project area, on the day of each project manager visited the house and/or contacted us throughout the day to check on things and see if we had questions, and the workmen themselves were friendly and professional. We had a very minor warranty issue on the roof (a visible nail head) that I found after climbing up there myself, and they had their guy back the next day to fix it, which was excellent service and gave me a great deal of confidence about them honoring the warranty. Altogether seems like a solid company with great service and quality products. Shoutouts to Jordan, Crystal, David, Ray, and Jorge."

"November 10, 2020 Abraham Lincoln reportedly said that if he had only one hour to chop down a tree, he’d probably take forty minutes to sharpen the ax, and twenty minutes to chop down the tree. Lincoln’s business model reminds me of the thorough planning and careful performance of Cenvar Roofing. The professionalism of their work was only exceeded by its skillful craftsmanship. The foreman/estimator first met at length with me to understand what outcome was expected. I assumed “install some new gutters and downspouts” was a good enough answer, but soon appreciated various options and choices: material, installation, warranty, scheduling, and financing were explained. Upon timely completion, the final project exceeded my expectations, in function and appearance; the total cost was less than my own estimate. In thirty thirty-years of home-ownership, as resident or landlord, I’ve never been more satisfied with the overall performance of any contractor. Gratefully, Gary Crawford"

"They came out to look at my roof within 45 minutes of our initial call. They were courteous and professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely hire them for any further roofing needs. I recommend them very highly."

"Wes, and his crew did an amazing job on our roof. Courtney was also super professional and very nice over the phone! I highly recommend Crafted Exteriors for any roofing/gutter needs! It was such a great experience."

"DE Turner and Son put a new roof after a freak hail storm. We got a new roof with gutters on my home. David gave me a very detailed estimate of the work. He outlined options in a way that was easy to understand. For example he explained the cost of replacing what we had, vs upgrading. We went for the upgraded options of architectural shingles with a better wear rating. This wasn’t an up sale, this was David’s decades of knowledge on products on the market. The upgrades were only about an 8% increase for twice the roof. His team descended on my home, did excellent prep on the site, and stared the roof. When they were done, they walked me through the work, and left the site just as they found it. The old gutters were removed and new, upgraded one, installed the following week. Roof looks great, we are very happy."

"Michelle was excelent. She was there from start to finish. The installers were great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replacement. They are professional."

"From the time I spoke to the sales person every aspect of this install was professionally handled and all worked completed in a timely manner. The two project managers are the best I have seen in the home improvement industry. They listened to all of my concerns and addressed the details of this project in an outstanding manner. They made sure all additional materials were delivered immediately so there was no holdups in the work progress. Both of their attitudes were outstanding. I was also very impressed with the actual crew who preformed the install. They are true craftsmen. I personally have knowledge of what goes into a roof installation and this work is the best I have seen. From wood replacement to removal and replacement of five existing roof windows the work was excellent. The new windows were properly taped and flashing installed per the manufacturer specifications. New ice guard, underlayment and drip edge were also installed perfectly. Finally the roof was shingled with Owenâ s Corning Duration product. From the drone photos this is one beautiful roof. My wife and I could not be happier. Thanks to all of the Home Genius Team. Job well done. Five Star Rating!!"

"Highly Professional and Punctual. Customer service oriented group. Had a slate roof replaced in Clarksburg WV with singles and they keep me informed. I was able to watch the progress as they flew a drone to show me daily as was in Florida at the time of the work was performed. I am a Real Estate Agent and have had many roofs done for customers.. Hire Them. Thank You for a great job."

"I found Modern Renovations to be very professional. They offer a very good product, and the installers were experienced. They put tapers down all around my home to catch the debris and protect my gardens. When they finished with the roof, they policed my yard for nails and shingles that missed the tarps. Best of all the staff at Modern Renovations are Veteran friendly. I have already recommended them to several of my friends that are looking to replace there roofs."

"The crew did a great job. They know what to do installing metal roof. I highly recommend it."
