"The project went very well, especially considering the steep slope in out back yard where the fence was going.  The estimator came out and gave us a reasonable estimate and an availability that fit our schedule.  <br /> <br /> When the installation crew arrived, they got right to work removing the old fence without damaging the flower borders.  All posts were cemented in place and everything was checked so it was straight.  There were a couple of points of confusion between the estimators plans and the crew's understanding of the project - but they were very flexible and modified the design on the spot. <br /> <br /> <br />"

The owner, Omar, sold me with the quality of the product as well as all the excellent reviews that had already been posted. When we agreed on a start date, he and his crew were on time and got right to work in the middle of yet another wind storm. Throughout the the 3 day job his crew was efficient and clean. Omar came out everyday to oversee their progress and to see if I needed anything. They removed and replaced over 150 ft of fencing. When I did occasionally call or email before, during and after completion, Omar was quick to respond. Excellent customer service!! After completion we had another huge windstorm and the fence looks like it's going to hold wonderfully. "I called Good Neighbor to see if they could fix a bad contractor's metal work on my gate.  After describing my problem, Alan Kelly asked that I email pictures so he could assess the problem.  He called me back immediately, diagnosed the problem, and advised me to hire a handyman with metal working skills since the problem was actually easier than I predicted, which would be a more practical and cost effective option. <br /> Sounds like a small thing, but there are many contractors out there who wouldn't even have bothered to call back once they knew the job was too small, or even worse, who would have seen this as an opportunity to fleece someone...to do minor work and overcharge a customer who doesn't know any better.  Alan took great pains to not only investigate my problem, but he followed through and called me back to explain the solution, and made sure I understood the details of how to proceed.   <br /> I would absolutely hire Good Neighbor for any future work because honesty, integrity and professionalism are so rare nowadays.
