We followed up with office and asked owner to respond to fix the problem. We have not received a response since the inspection by Alex. The person was about 45 mins late and I had to make the call to determine when the person was expected to arrive. The person who did the inspection said that the company would call me to discuss the style and determine the price. After 3-4 days without a call, I finally made a call - and got their voicemail. I received a call back a day or so later, and we finally made contact to confirm the details. The final price was nearly twice that of that of two other companies that I called."

Due to this there was a little confusion on a couple things, but after contacting Jeff his crew came out and fixed my concerns within a couple days of our phone conversation. I am pleased with the final product and as long as Aspen sticks to their word on the guarantee of their work I will continue to be a happy customer. I would recommend Aspen to anyone, but I would just say to make sure both parties are clear on what needs to be accomplished to avoid any issues.
